Asian People are Most Difficult to Show Happiness Expression

The study involved 633 students from Asia, America and Europe-Asia-America. This research is to see the behavior when subjected to stress and depression, how often has a sad mood, feeling of worthlessness or changes in sleep and appetite.
Participants also rated the intensity of positive emotions that she feels included a sense of calm, confidence, joy and attention.

"Asians think happiness that emerges is a signal that something bad will happen next, and they believe the feeling of happiness will be fleeting," said Janxin Leu.
