40 Percent Girl in the World Still Virgin

Jakarta, Not a few who consider the disclosure of information in the 'internet era' trigger-free sex among teenagers. But according to a recent survey of Internet users, 40 percent of teens around the world have never had sex.

The survey involving 1210 adolescent boys and 1,100 women around the world reveals, 40 percent or nearly half of adolescents aged 18-24 years is still virgin or not having sex. Even though more than oral sex, 20 percent of young men and 29 young women claim to have never done.

Virginity is defined in this study certainly refers to the actual sexual experiences conducted in pairs. Because on the other hand, 11 percent of respondents who claimed to still virgin turned out to have never masturbated.

However, a recent survey conducted by the adult magazine Playboy can make parents a little more at ease thinking about their teenagers. At least, not all adolescent sex addiction free as many people feared.

Especially in this era of information disclosure, anyone, including young children can freely access pornography. Quoted from Yourtango, Thursday (19/05/2011), porn movies on the internet access was increased to 78 percent, from initially only 40 percent in 1983.

Presumably because of the easier access to porn movies, young virgin who still do not feel this would have to have sex. Perhaps, the scenes in the film was more representative of adult sexual fantasy than if you do it yourself with a partner.

Research carried out by filling in the questionnaire via the Internet is claimed as the largest in 25 years. Earlier in 1983, Playboy also conducted similar surveys involving more respondents ie 65 000 men and nearly 15,000 women.
