People who are easily shocked said, she had a disorder of the heart. But was it easy to surprise a sign of heart disease?
"Easy kagetan not necessarily because of the heart, because there are people who got the heart but he does not kagetan," said Dr. Dr. Anwar Santoso, SpPD, FIHA, PhD sidelines of the conference Cardiometabolic Conference 2011 in JCC, on Friday (30/04/2011) .
Generally, the shock arises because the person is not ready to feel and experience something or hear a loud voice suddenly, so the body into shock. Everyone has a shocked response that varies depending on the tolerance limit.
When the shock is usually accompanied by other physical signs such as heart palpitations, heart beat harder and faster and sometimes shortness of breath but fast (hunting). But that does not mean it is a symptom of heart disease.
Disorders that occur in the heart can vary for example the heart muscle that does not get oxygen supply, irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmia), the leakage in the heart or congenital heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, heart disease, anemia, heart disease thyroid.
"People should do the screening to determine whether classified as high risk, medium or low. For high-risk and medium to do therapy and prevention," said the doctor who practiced at Harapan Kita Heart Hospital Jakarta.
Dr Anwar said that cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and stroke caused by many factors (multifactorial) and not due to any single factor. These factors exist that can modify one's lifestyle and diet, but some are not modified, such as age, genetics and race.
To avoid the risk of heart disease, begin a healthy lifestyle such as regular physical activity that the cycle continues to spin like walking, bike, swim or run, and making healthy diet by avoiding fatty foods and high salt.
