Ouch.. Testicles Feel Pain When Running

Jakarta, athletes or active men usually never experience pain or tenderness in the testes (testicles) when it is running or sports. Why is that?

8. Testicular torsion (in circumstances where the twisted spermatic tract, causing disruption in getting blood to the testis alirasn)

How to cope?
In mild cases, to avoid testicular pain during running should wear appropriate safety clothing and can help prevent pain in the testicles during a run.
Clothing supporters are usually made of nylon or mesh material that allows sweat to evaporate and prevent excessive movement that can cause pain.
However, in severe cases such as showing other symptoms such as bruising, swelling or perdaraha, then you should immediately seek medical help.
