1. Nutrition when you're sad
When you're sad, try eating snacks that are low in protein, low in fat but high in carbohydrates.
The reason is because when high-carbohydrate foods are not inhibited by protein or fat, it will increase the amino acid tryptophan in the brain and turn into serotonin, a neurotransmitter that stimulates the mood and limit the desire to eat (carving).
For example, popcorn, plain oatmeal with a little milk and honey, and a bagel (a type of donut) with sliced banana.
2. Nutrition when you're depressed
Feelings of depression can be mitigated moved and foods rich in omega-3, which are found in healthy fats are fatty fish like salmon, herring and tuna.
3. Nutrition when you're bored
When tired, a cup of coffee stimulates the nervous system to remain vigilant and easier to concentrate. However, do not get used to depend on caffeine. Limit yourself to not eat more than 3 cups of coffee (5 ounces) a day.
4. Nutrition while being sensitive or easily offended
When you're easily offended, as in women who are experiencing PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), try to eat no more than 5000 calories and contains more minerals copper.
Examples of the copper-rich diet include chicken, bananas and avocados.
5. Nutrition while severe fatigue
People who easily get tired very likely to have iron deficiency or anemia. Anemia is the most common nutritional deficiency in the world and very common among women of childbearing age.
People who experience fatigue conditions should eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like nuts, seeds and vegetables. In addition, too much iron is contained in the shrimp, fish, skinless chicken or turkey meat.
