People Often Stuck on 'Healthy' Diet Food Label

South Carolina, people who are doing the diet would have chosen different types of foods that are otherwise healthy. But unfortunately many people are stuck with the diet foods labeled "healthy" this.
The new study shows that people who diet more easily fooled by the labels 'healthy' is misleading compared with people who are not obsessed with reducing the number of calories. For example, the diet believe that mozzarella and smoked meat will look healthy if it referred to as 'salad'.
"One of the reasons people eat too much food diet is healthy is the food label gives a better taste," said Dr. Irmak aglar from Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, as quoted from Latimes, Wednesday (27/4/2011 .)
Dr. Irmak said if someone feels the food is tasty then it will consume even more. This of course could be a boomerang and irony, as they try to be healthy, but instead of less healthy foods.
In addition, Dr. Irmak also have some other theories that explain why people who are dieting tend to get caught up in foods labeled "healthy" namely:

1. People who diet thought to know more about nutrition than those who do not diet, so he will not spend much time to find out what content contained in these foods.

2. People who diet tend to eat more in the first place (first place) and try to find excuses to spoil.

3. Most people require a diet because it likes to eat or being overweight, so if there is a conflict in his mind to eat it will resolve it by choosing foods that are considered healthy.

"If they find an excuse to eat, so he can eat in greater numbers," he said.
Dr. Irmak said one way to prevent people who are on a diet so as not to get caught up in foods labeled "healthy" is to read the ingredients. For people who had long been on a diet try to pretend to be people who are just starting a diet, because these people will pay more attention to the material and content of a food.
